Me bagong guidelines regarding minors travelling with one parent. Effective April 1, minors traveling with only one parent are *NOTrequired* to secure a travel permit. They only need to show proof of their relationship, such as birth certificate of minor + marriage certificate of parents.
For minors whose parents are not married, there're no need to secure a travel permit if the minor is traveling with the mother. However, fathers traveling with their illegitimate child are still required to secure a parental travel permit which shows that the mother is allowing her child to travel with his/her father.

Nandito pa rin ako---naipit ang papeles dahil inaantay pa rin lisensya ko. Lahat ng mga kasabay namin, may WTR or PR invitation. Kami wala pa. Di bale, alam naman namin dadating rin yan sa tamang araw na tinakda ng Diyos.
