Windy Welly

I've heard from some of my friends here in Welly na around 70's daw, sa sobrang lakas ng hangin sa Wellington, the streets (particularly Jervois Quay) actually have ropes! Dito raw kumakapit ang tao para di liparin ng hangin. At first I thought this was just an exaggeration, but now, I'm starting to believe it na. FYI lang po.
